Lopsided Pigtails
Every child with Aperts is their own text book. This advise was given to me very early on in our Apert journey. Throw What to Expect the First Year out the window! More advise. All great advise. All frustrating advise. There are times I wish I could just know if something was an ‘Apert thing’ or a ‘baby thing’. Like this morning when I was doing Phoenix’s hair. Either she has a very sensitive head and does not want pigtails or she is starting to have pressure on her brain and it hurts when I mess with her head. Considering that my brain jumps to the worst conclusion for everything, I am going to go with the first.
But Mom! Lopsided pigtails are SO in!!

June 21, 2013My grandson age 4 hates getting his hair brushed or cut .Last week was the first time he had a hair cut without creating havoc.

June 21, 2013Yep, I was the same way. My mom said the bands and clips she tried to put in my hair bothered me until I was about 3 or 4

June 21, 2013With any type of baby that books makes any new mom crazy. I threw it out the first week! I always hated my mom doing my hair too. Must just be a young girl sensitive head! Although I must say I am little jealous can’t do much with little boy hair 🙂
